- Water
- two large towels (one for sitting on in the sauna and the other for toweling off afterwards)

Tips for the best sauna experience at Levin Chiropractic & Sauna:
- Day before sauna – drink plenty of water so your body is hydrated enough to sweat while in the sauna.
- During sauna – relax, towel yourself off once you start sweating as the body can reabsorb the sweat, wear a sauna hat if you have one it helps to keep insulate the head.
- After sauna – replenish water and electrolytes, shower as soon as possible, eat plenty of fibrous vegetables
